Despite some cleanliness issues in the room, the hotel offers comfortable beds and spectacular views. The service, however, seemed under-motivated and lacking in customer service skills. The location, right on the beach, is a major highlight, but the dining options were basic.
The hotel is located right on the beach in a luxurious tower on the border of Hollywood. The rooms offer spectacular views and comfortable beds. However, my stay was slightly tarnished by the fact that the room was not properly cleaned from the prior renter and still had urine in the toilet among other things.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had spectacular views and comfortable beds, but unfortunately, they were not cleaned from the prior renter and even had urine in the toilet. The service was lacking, with staff members appearing under motivated and poorly trained in customer service. On the bright side, the location was right on the beach, a luxurious tower on the border of Hollywood, and close to the beach. The dining experience was alright, with included home-made pastries, but the facilities were not up to par.
